Dearest shadow....

Last weekend was great.

To tell you the truth, its been sometime that i experienced that kinda escalation of joy. Its like, you're happy. and you're happier....then WHAM! boom! something hits you....and lifts your spirit into the sky....and you feel this sense that you're such a teeny thing in such a vast place.....and yet, yourr teeni-ness is a splendor. you feel like a star.....teeny...but your joy blinks thru.

yes i know teeni-ness is not a word. get shakespeare to come tell me that.

sigghhhh....

abhaya was really wonderful. something about my repeated trips to victoria theatre just nourishes the soul. everytime, i try to bring someone along....to feel that.....that renewal....like when your hair drops out and new ones grow.

and more often than not, half of those i bring dont seem to have the appreciation for the art. the love of the experience or even the sense of awe that such beauty was created by the average, imperfect man. I have to thank god that i went with my dear nan*. Y'know its such an eye opener....like you get a paradigm shift...especially when someone is able to tell you that the bad road manners we see at shenton way is seriously nothing. Even getting there on time was an adventure. Truly enjoyable indeed :)


I saw all the fireworks my heart longed for....especially the ones that i really really reallly like. The pretty ones that bloom like flowers and then the gold rain....and then the sparkles... i even did research on them. that ought to tell you how much i like em.

School's been great so far. Got the modules that i wanted. Got the tutorials i wanted. Am even doing what i really want to do in my CCA's. i cant believe that i was a freshie last year. well at least, technically i was a freshie.... :P

Been reflecting quite a bit past few days. and indeed, the more i think, the more i become myself.


I think. Therefore i am.
